我们用了三周从银行估价到最后CLOSE，还包括圣诞和新年假日。
CLOSING DATE 和FINANCING DEADLINE 买卖双方同意都可以延长。
赶快重新作RADON。自己找INSPECTOR做，不要让卖方自己做。

mm, I have to say that you should have hired an agent working for you since you are the 1st time buyer. In situation like this, your agent should fight for you to get a mitigation system installed.

In your case, I think the radon number is too high. If I were you, even the 2nd test is within the normal range, I would still hire someone to install the mitigation system, which shouldn't cost too much. I just installed one for $950. The radon level for my home has reduced from 6.1 to 0.7

You should have asked the seller to remediate the radon problem shortly after your inspection. No matter what the seller plans to do, retest or remediation, you should test it again to ensure the measure is within the required range. BTW, are you sure your lender will approve your loan with such a radon test reading?
